The Brand Innovation Lab (BIL) is Amazon Ads' in-house creative team dedicated to building bespoke ad campaigns and experiences that help brands stand out by meaningfully engaging Amazon customers. Blending storytelling with emerging technology, BIL partners with brands to create immersive, insight-driven campaigns across Amazon’s ecosystem—including Alexa, Fire TV, Twitch, and Prime Video.
As part of the Technology Experience (TEX) team, I help raise the innovation bar for BIL’s brands by integrating existing and emerging technologies into Amazon touch points. We collaborate closely with BIL pods and operate independently to drive brand-funded experimentation, incubate new ideas, and shape design-forward roadmaps. With a multidisciplinary team of technologists, designers, and product thinkers, we rapidly prototype customer-obsessed experiences—from pre-sales to launch—helping expand the creative canvas and fuel long-term growth for Amazon Ads.
